At Reyca, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
What We Accept
We accept returns on all items, provided they meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds & Exchanges
You can choose between:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
