Shipping Information

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, during regular business hours). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates in Canada
Rates are based on the size and weight of your order and are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Small envelope, up to 100 g (jewelry, scrunchies, flat hair clips), no tracking: $4.95 anywhere in Canada
  • Small parcel, up to 250 g: $7.95 anywhere in Canada
  • Parcel, up to 2 kg: $12.95 in Quebec and Ontario, $16.95 elsewhere in Canada
  • Large parcel, over 2 kg: $16.95 in Quebec and Ontario, $22 elsewhere in Canada

Free Shipping
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more in Quebec and Ontario, and on orders of $150 or more elsewhere in Canada and to the United States. Gift boxes that ship at a flat rate do not count toward these amounts.

Gift Boxes
Our larger ready-to-give gift boxes ship within Canada at a flat rate of $22 in Quebec and Ontario and $28 elsewhere in Canada. They are not eligible for free shipping. The rate that applies is shown at checkout.

Local Pickup
Pickup in Rosemère, Quebec is free. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

United States
$9.95 on orders under $50, $18.95 on orders from $50 to $149.99, and free on orders of $150 or more.

International
$14.95 on orders under $50 and $29.99 on orders of $50 or more.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping Method
We ship with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS and Purolator, choosing the best option for each order.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2-5 business days within Quebec
  • 3-7 business days to other Canadian provinces
  • 7-14 business days to the United States
  • 2-6 weeks to other international destinations, including France

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, customs processing or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
Parcels include tracking, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your package is on its way. Small envelopes are sent by regular mail without tracking.
